This release includes several major enhancements as well as performance improvements and bugfixes. New features include:

• a completed votes system, where secret votes are possible;
• delayed items are now cloned and linked together;
• management of MeetingUsers is finalized, and allows to define meeting- and item-wide signatories and absents/presents.
• annexes additions and removals can be recorded in an item's history;
• one may enable full-text search in annexes uploaded in PDF or Word format;
• an experimental integration of OCR engine Tesseract allows to trigger OCR on scanned PDF or TIFF images;
• inactive buttons can, in some situations, give explanations about why a transition can't be triggered;
• and many minor enhancements and bugfixes.
