Budapest welcomes the Plone Conference 2009
The Conference is the biggest annual Plone event gathering over 400 open source experts from all over the globe. For the first time the event will be organized outside Western Europe and United States, becoming the largest Open Source event ever taking place in Hungary.

The Plone Conference 2009 will be held October 28-30, 2009 in Budapest, Hungary, and will be organized by Greenfinity and Open Society Institute. The conference will be preceded with 2 days course and followed by 2 days development workshop (sprint). Over 400 experts from all over the world are expected to attend the event.
The conference will be an opportunity for users, developers, and consultant SMEs in Eastern Europe to get in contact with each other and join the international Plone community. To reinforce collaboration between Plone developers and users in the Eastern European region, Open Society Institute offers a conference participation grant for students and young professionals, focused but not limited to the region.
