PloneMeeting 1.1 includes:
- Full documentation (for end-users, developers and administrators)
- Polished security (more workflows, specific permissions, management of PloneMeeting-specific groups)
- A lot of user interface improvements
Change log
- MeetingManagers see in a special way all items and annexes that were updated or created after their last visit
- PloneMeeting can now generate email notifications when some (configurable) events occur on items and meetings
- Folders that store items, meetings and annexes are now large folders
- Documentation has been written in english and french:
- end-user documentation consists in transition-specific messages shown every time the users trigggers a transition on an item or meeting;
- administrator and developer documentation is integrated into the pages of the PloneMeeting configle;
- installation instructions have been updated in INSTALL.TXT
- It is now possible to present more than one item at a time into a meeting
- It is possible to change the position of an item into a meeting by more that 1 place (ie move the item #4 to #26)
- Meeting configuration and other content type (PloneMeeting groups, categories, etc) may now be active or inactive
- Items may still be presented after a meeting has been published (in a special section entitle "late items")
- MeetingItem-related adapters have moved to MeetingItem.py; Meeting-related adapters have moved to Meeting.py
- Meeting-related topics sort meetings by meeting date.
- MeetingItem descriptions and decisions are now directly visible from the Meeting view and may be shown or hidden (through a special action that sets a cookie, like the "toggle full screen" action)
- MeetingItem descriptions are now written in Kupu fields
- Annexes are splitted into item-related annexes and decision-related annexes
