An archiving system has been implemented, with WebDAV export of all PloneMeeting data (annexes as files and item/meeting metadata as XML). Workflows have been extended to support this archiving process and a two-step publication of the meeting agenda. New searchable fields for associating tags and keywords to items have been added. Meeting configurations can new be created and edited through-the-web without limitation. A generic system for adding recurring items after given transitions are fired on meetings has been implemented.
