PloneMeeting may now be integrated with last PloneTask release for managing the tasks that need to be performed as mentioned in decisions managed by PloneMeeting. Moreover, a new "color system" allows every user to see in a distinct color what items and annexes she did not already consult. This release also comes with a lot of minor UI enhancements and bugfixes and a lot of performance improvements while rendering the meeting view. The security model has evolved (local roles moved from folders to the items themselves that became folderish and contain their annexes); consequently, users may now belong to several meeting groups.

- A user may now be in several meeting groups (as observer, creator and/or reviewer).
- Security settings (local roles) have moved from folders to the items themselves, that became folderish and contain their annexes.
- Integration with last PloneTask release

- A new field named "signatures" allows to define signatures individually for every item.
- On the meeting view, users may not select/deselect all items at once.
- A new color system allows any user to see in a distinct color what elements (items, annexes) she never consulted or for which an update was not consulted yet. According to some users, this kind of functionality is really a MUST in this kind of application. This system may be disabled completely or only for a list of given users.
- A new method in interfaces.py allows a sub-product to apply transformations on the content of rich text fields every time an item is created or updated.
- Under IE, a lot of minor UI problems have been solved: display of tabs (meeting configs), display of annexes sub-menus on meeting view, transparency of png images...
- By default, item descriptions are shown on the meeting view.
- When a meeting is decided, on the meeting view, item titles and descriptions are still shown, together with the decision (which is italicized in order to be distinguished from the description)
